Amir Deihimi, P.E.
President
Amir Deihimi has 20+ years of engineering experience and brings a consistently strong record of client satisfaction. Through his responsiveness to clients’ needs along with his technical abilities and project leadership, Amir brings a real value to Core’s clients and projects. His broad range of experience with various types of projects and building materials provides our clients with the most efficient and cost saving design. Technology is a key component to our culture and Amir is well versed in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
ROBERT STYLE
COO

Robert has over 20+ years of experience in the building industry working for a variety of firms including structural, MEP, architectural, and building supplies. As a previous custom home builder, Robert has a working knowledge with architects, subcontractors, building officials, budgets and timelines. Robert has firsthand knowledge of the needs of our clients, translating into enhanced customer service, negotiations and rapport. These years of building relationships in the industry has unlocked doors for project negotiations, collaborations, and professional networking.

Landon Boucher
Vice President

Landon has over 15 years of experience in the areas of structural engineering, project management, product development and operational oversight. In addition to his work with Core Structure, Landon also serves on several industry boards and committees including BIA, AIA, ACE Mentor Program, Habitat for Humanity, and HomeAid. Prior to joining Core Structure, Landon co-founded Equip Pro, held an executive role in engineering, ran his own consulting business and managed the multi-family business unit for Simpson Strong Tie. Many of the building products he helped develop are still in use today. Landon is also a proud member of the Modular Building Institute where he works with other industry professionals to advance the use of off-site construction methods in a way that brings added efficiency to the design and build process.

HUGH TAVALLALI, PH.D. P.E. S.E.
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCTION
Hugh Tavallali has over 15 years of experience in Structural Analysis and Modeling, Steel Design and Detailing, Concrete Design and Detailing, Deep and Shallow Foundation Design, and Seismic Analysis. Hugh earned his Ph.D. from The Penn State University. His work has been featured in several case studies and publications including, WoodWorks, APA, SEAOC and others.
ALI KAZEMI
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Ali has over 25 years of successful experience in structural engineering and project management. He has worked on a number of high profile developments in a variety of sectors with his main focus being on single/multifamily, commercial and retail projects. He is dedicated to customer service and takes a personal interest in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His standards are high but it is in his ability to instill the same standards in his team of engineers, project managers and designers that makes Ali such an effective leader and asset to our clients.
CARRIE KENDALL
OFFICE MANAGER
Carrie has over 25 years of experience in business administration and human resources. Carrie earned her Bachelors’ degree from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts in Business Marketing from USC. As Director of Administration, she is at the helm of the entire administration of the company. She reviews and refines methods of accomplishing administrative functions, oversees payroll functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor payments. Carrie has an ability to gel with the team, perform multiple tasks by properly prioritizing and organizing them, and strong communication skills.
