President
Amir Deihimi, with over 21 years of engineering experience, consistently delivers client satisfaction through his technical expertise and project leadership. His diverse project experience ensures efficient, cost-effective designs, and his proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) aligns with our technology-driven culture.
Robert Style
COO
Robert brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry, including work with structural, MEP, and architectural firms. He has deep expertise in working with architects, subcontractors, and managing budgets and timelines. His industry relationships and client-focused approach enhance customer service, negotiations, and professional networking.
Shawn Noori, P.E., S.E.
Subject Matter Expert/Senior Engineer
Shawn brings over 40 years of experience in structural engineering, technical expertise in design and analysis of structures. He has designed numerous complex commercial and residential projects utilizing concrete, steel, wood and masonry. Our team of engineers and project managers rely on his wealth of knowledge to guide them thru complex and innovative solutions in the realm of structural engineering. He is well respected within the industry and is an integral part of the success of the CORE Structure.
Shamiek Williams
Project Manager
Shamiek has nearly 10 years of experience in project management and structural engineering, specializing in single/multifamily and commercial design (mixed use & tenant improvement). As a skilled communicator, Shamiek uses the principle of “value engineering” to balance safety with cost-effectiveness in our collaborations. With work experience on both the east & west coast, he values simplifying our designs in layman’s terms. Shamiek is passionate about connecting with clients, establishing long-term relationships for our company.
Tahmineh Moghadam
Project Engineer
Tahmineh is a civil engineer with a strong focus on structural and civil projects. A recent graduate from Cal Poly Pomona, she brings hands-on experience from internships in both public infrastructure and private design, including transit, roadworks, and architectural projects. Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and SAP2000, she supports projects from concept through execution with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Linnea Eddo
Executive Assistant
Linnea brings over 15 years of international experience in executive assistance, office management, and client-facing roles across government, hospitality, aviation, and construction sectors. Known for her organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and calm leadership style, she streamlines operations with precision and care. She provides direct support to Amir and ensures internal and external communication channels remain clear, current, and effective. Her background in project coordination and financial oversight enhances team efficiency and client satisfaction. A certified yoga instructor, Linnea also fosters workplace wellness and morale, making her a well-rounded and valued member of the CORE Structure team.
