President
Amir Deihimi, with over 20 years of engineering experience, consistently delivers client satisfaction through his technical expertise and project leadership. His diverse project experience ensures efficient, cost-effective designs, and his proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) aligns with our technology-driven culture.
Robert Style
COO
Robert brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry, including work with structural, MEP, and architectural firms. He has deep expertise in working with architects, subcontractors, and managing budgets and timelines. His industry relationships and client-focused approach enhance customer service, negotiations, and professional networking.
Ali Kazemi
Director of Engineering
Ali brings over 28 years of experience in structural engineering and project management, focusing on single/multifamily, commercial, industrial/big box and retail projects. Committed to customer service, he ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. His leadership skills lies in upholding high standards and instilling the same in his team, making him a valuable asset to clients. He mentors, supports and empowers the team of project managers, design engineers and CAD professionals ensuring the highest quality and most economical solutions. He also partners with Alicia on business development to secure new projects and clients and work on continued relationships with trusted architects, developers and contractors to assist them with their vision and design intents.

Business Development Manager
Alicia is a relationship-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in client relations, executive support, and communication. With over 6 years of experience managing high-level operations and fostering strategic partnerships, she excels at building and maintaining connections that drive business growth. Her expertise in organization, problem-solving, and team coordination seamlessly translates into business development, making her a valuable asset in any results-driven environment.
Shawn Noori
Subject Matter Expert/Senior Engineer
Shawn brings over 40 years of experience in structural engineering, technical expertise in design and analysis of structures. He has designed numerous complex commercial and residential projects utilizing concrete, steel, wood and masonry. Our team of engineers and project managers rely on his wealth of knowledge to guide them thru complex and innovative solutions in the realm of structural engineering. He is well respected within the industry and is an integral part of the success of the CORE Structure.
Shamiek Williams
Project Manager
Shamiek has nearly 10 years experience in project management and structural engineering, specializing in single/multifamily and commercial design (mixed use & tenant improvement). As a skilled communicator, Shamiek uses the principle of “value engineering” to balance safety with cost-effectiveness in our collaborations. With work experience on both the east & west coast, he values simplifying our designs in layman’s terms. Shamiek is passionate about connecting with clients, establishing long-term relationships for our company.
Daniel Rivera, P.E.
Project Manager
Daniel brings over 5 years of experience as a structural engineer and project manager, with a Master’s in Structural Earthquake Engineering from UCLA and a California PE license. He manages construction documents, structural analysis, and project management for residential, industrial, and commercial projects, building long-term client relationships through cost-effective solutions.
Mina Khanaman
Project Manager
Mina Kanaman is a Structural Engineer and Project Manager with 12 years of experience in the field. As one of the earliest team members to join Core, she has become known for her exceptional people skills and her role as the face of the company. Mina’s expertise in project management and customer relations ensures smooth operations and strong client connections. She truly enjoys her time at Core and is passionate about contributing to the company’s success.
Carlos Brañez
Project Engineer
Carlos Brañez is a project engineer who manages custom homes to commercial structural designs. Carlos has a background in mechanical engineering & architectural designs that brings him a thorough understanding of client requirements. He connects with design & construction teams technically & bilingually to build strong working relationships. Receiving a structural masters from CSULB & working towards a PE in 2025, he looks to grow CORE’s clientele & success.

Luca keeps things running smoothly, mostly by napping and reminding everyone to take a break. He doesn't say much, but his presence gets the job done. His leadership style? Loyal, lovable, and always up for a game of fetch.
